James is currently Principal, Sustainability and Climate Change at Aurecon, specialising in carbon markets. He has over 15 years’ experience across financial and environmental markets in both the public and private sectors. James has worked in the Department of Environment, the Clean Energy Regulator (CER) and the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO). At the CER James worked on the establishment of the Emissions Reduction Fund and development and expansion of the Australian Carbon Credit Unit market.
