Bjorn is the Business Development Lead for CO280, a carbon removal company that develops projects which capture and permanently store biogenic carbon from pulp and paper mills. In his role, Bjorn is focused on carbon markets analysis and developing strategies to bring CO280’s high-quality permanent carbon removal credits to market.
Prior to CO280, Bjorn studied an MBA at Kellogg where he was focused on carbon markets. He led business development projects for Ebb Carbon and Living Carbon and Sandbox Carbon, and did due diligence on carbon removal startups for Elemental Excelerator. He also worked in various business development roles at P&G. Bjorn holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management (US) and a BSc in Chemical Engineering and MSc in Sustainable Materials Engineering from Ghent University (Belgium).
