From royal palace to five-star plaza – news on the Carbon Forward 2017 conference venues

Carbon Forward 2017 is set to be bigger and better than the inaugural conference in 2016. We have more attendees, more speakers and more panellists at the heart of carbon markets, better AV equipment and if that’s not enough – we’re also moving!

Carbon Forward uncovered…….did you know last year’s conference took place above a royal palace?!

Carbon Forward aims to deliver crucial insights, but last year’s venue also unearthed a remarkable historical discovery. Renovation works taking place at the Royal Naval College this summer stumbled upon remains of the riverside palace where King Henry VIII was born in 1491. The Tudor king, who thrived on lavish displays of wealth and power, later made the palace the centre of royal life. For the full story, click here.

Let our training day on September 26th shine light on the EU ETS

Know your CDS from your LRF? From novice to knowledgeable – our training day will shine a light on the EU ETS. The training day can be accessed standalone, for example by people in your company that are new to the carbon markets or, better, used to maximise your experience of the following conference days.

The training day will be held in the Energy Aspects offices on the 32nd floor of the Citigroup Tower in Canary Wharf. As you can see, it’s a great view!
