Our flagship event, Carbon Forward Expo London, took place place from 7-9 October 2025 and celebrated its tenth year scrutinising European and global compliance and voluntary carbon markets. Over three information-packed days, we brought you leading experts, thought-provoking content, trailblazing organisations, lively discussions, and innovative thinking across the compliance, voluntary, removal, and renewable energy markets.

In 2024, we attracted 27 sponsors, 100 speakers, and 750 attendees across the finance spectrum, as well as buyers, exchanges, insurers, project developers, industry and regulatory bodies, and government.

Carbon Forward Expo 2024 detailed the latest and predicted future developments across the environmental markets. Speakers and panels comprehensively covered compliance carbon market reforms and expansion, the evolution of the voluntary carbon market and the role of removals, Article 6 and the wider Paris Agreement, CORSIA, CBAM, and decarbonisation.

Three days of carbon markets expertise.

Carbon Forward Expo 2024 brought together carbon market expertise and talent from across the governmental, finance, energy, transport, shipping and aviation sectors. Delegates joined in the discussions on risk and opportunity across the rapidly evolving climate change landscape. Practical solutions to help manage the financial risk of cutting carbon emissions along with guidance on best practice took centre stage.

In 2023, over 700 participants from around the globe attended Carbon Forward 2023. There were representatives from government, finance, energy, transport, shipping, aviation, trade associations – executives, analysts, brokers and investors
