After a memorable inaugural Carbon Forward North America in Toronto in 2024, we have made the tough decision to postpone this year’s event to a more suitable time. This was not a decision we made lightly, and was following conversations with many of our key stakeholders. We all feel this is the best option. 

We are disappointed, of course, as last year’s event was well-attended and highly praised.

Carbon Forward North America aims to provide a platform for meaningful dialogue and connection across the carbon markets community. But with so much uncertainty at the moment, stemming from the upcoming Canadian election and US President Trump’s tariffs, it is not a conducive environment to hold our Toronto event.

We are deeply grateful for your support, and we look forward to welcoming you to the next instalment of Carbon Forward North America.

So what happened at Carbon Forward North America in 2024 and what do we have to look forward to in the future?

At Carbon Forward North America 2024, we were joined by 200 attendees, more than 50 speakers, and six sponsors who enjoyed discussions, networking, a Women in Carbon breakfast, and an evening reception hosted by our diamond sponsor, ClearBlue Markets.
