Alvin Lim is an Executive Director, Head of Asia Environmental Products at Morgan Stanley, where he leads the development of Morgan Stanley’s environmental products franchise. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he was a Vice President in the Enterprise Strategy team at GIC where he supported GIC’s Sustainable Investing initiatives and authored several white papers on the role of carbon markets for asset owners. Alvin is an equity analyst by training, having covered U.S. Semiconductors in New York, ASEAN Telecommunication and Internet companies in Singapore, and started his career as an analyst in Hong Kong. He holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. Alvin is a CFA and CMT charter holder, and a SASB FSA credential holder.
