Bettina Paschke, VP ESG Accounting, Reporting & Controlling, at DHL Express a division of Deutsche Post DHL Group and responsible for ESG related reporting matters and driving Sustainable Aviation Fuel agenda at DHL Express. She has more than 20 years’ experience in Finance. In her current role, she is involved in the cross industry coalition work such as Clean Skies for Tomorrow driving regulation and policies for Sustainable Aviation Fuels.
DHL Express, the world’s leading express service provider, operates in more than 220 countries and territories worldwide. The decarbonization of its operations is one of the main pillars of DPDHL Group’s new Sustainability roadmap in line with its 2050 zero emissions target. The Group is investing a total of 7 billion euros (Opex and Capex) by 2030 in measures to reduce its CO2 emissions. The funds will go in particular towards Sustainable Aviation Fuels. Deutsche Post DHL Group is committed to reducing its greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 in line with the Paris Climate Agreement.
