Felix is a policymaker and economist specialising in carbon pricing. He has a PhD in economics from the University of Cambridge, where he taught and researched climate economics. For the past 3 years he has worked on the UK Emissions Trading Scheme in the UK’s Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. He currently leads the team working on integrating Greenhouse Gas Removals into the UK ETS.
