Hugh Grossman is Managing Director at RepuTex, overseeing the company’s research and commercial operations. Hugh has over 20 years of experience working on climate policy and market development in Australia, Hong Kong, and mainland China. In Australia, Hugh was a key architect of the government’s Safeguard Mechanism reform package, and has led modelling to develop numerous state and federal emissions policies, including Australia’s 43% emissions target and 82% renewable energy target, and Queensland’s new 75% emissions target by 2035.
