Richard Lin is a Partner with KPMG China, leading the carbon management and EU Green Deal practice. Richard is the lead partner of KPMG Carbon Services Limited, a KPMG firm dedicated to greenhouse gases (GHG), energy and other environmental areas based on engineering and international standards. In March 2023, was elected National Vice Chair of the Carbon Market Working Group of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China.
