Jay has over 20 years of financial, technical and managerial experience in energy and environmental asset investments and trading with a focus on clean energy infrastructure, environmental commodities and low carbon solutions. He joined PetroChina International in 2023 and heads carbon and renewables origination based in Singapore. He has a PhD in Decentralised Energy Systems from Imperial College, London, and an Executive MBA from Kellog School of Management, Northwestern University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
