Anna advises clients in the energy and energy infrastructure sectors on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues, including acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and projects in the upstream, refining and trading sectors in the MEA region. In addition, Anna advises commodity traders on the sale and purchase, supply and offtake of a broad range of commodities including, crude, natural gas, LNG, refined products and base metals. Her recent experience also includes advising a state-owned participant in Saudi Arabia on the establishment of the Regional Voluntary Carbon Market Company (RVCMC) platform for trading of voluntary carbon credits and the contractual framework for trading credits including market and action rules, participant agreements and OTC sale and purchase agreements.
