Ed Wingfield leads the carbon pricing strategy team in the UK Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. His previous experience includes working as a policy advisor in the Cabinet Office and the Department for Exiting the European Union, as a regulatory change manager in J.P. Morgan and as an infantry officer in the British Army. Originally from Ireland, Ed studied history at Trinity College Dublin and did an MPA at the LSE.
