Dana has been working at the nexus of energy and climate issues for the past two decades building solutions and partnerships to support carbon market development and efficient, reliable, renewable, and low carbon energy systems. In her current role, she leads business development for novel activities to expand FortisBC’s renewable gas and low carbon fuels portfolio. She has a proven track record in advancing the clean energy transition and driving growth of climate-aligned solutions through policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, education, and partnering with diverse stakeholders.
Dana recently served as co-chair on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Biogas Association, and she previously volunteered her time serving on the Board of Directors of the Community Energy Association, and on the Environment Committee at the City of Burnaby. She holds a Master’s degree in energy and environmental policy, as well as in economics, from Johns Hopkins University’s Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
