Lewis is a Senior Carbon Market Expert at the International Carbon Action Partnership. ICAP is a forum, counting over 40 Members and Observers, for governments and public authorities that have implemented or are planning to implement emissions trading systems. At ICAP Lewis facilitates technical dialogue, knowledge sharing and capacity building among governments on all aspects related to the design and implementation of emissions trading systems.
Alongside his role with ICAP, Lewis also co-leads the Carbon Markets and Pricing Team at adelphi in Berlin. adelphi is Europe’s leading think-and-do tank for climate, environment and development. As a policy consultancy, adelphi supports a just transition towards carbon neutrality and sustainable, liveable societies.
