Over four decades in technical and commercial roles in the steel Industry, Phil has been part of constant and often dramatic change, as the industry drives and responds to shifts in technology, supply, demand, geopolitics and, increasingly, climate change. Phil’s current role includes leading Tata Steel UK’s CBAM-related activities, including compliance, customer support and stakeholder and policy engagement.
