David leads the Data Analysis, Information Systems, Research and Carbon functions at DelAgua. He built the infrastructure that delivered the first CORSIA-tagged credits on the VERRA registry – credits that have achieved A and AA-grade ratings from rating agencies.
His work focuses on the operational reality of running high-integrity carbon projects – designing systems that scale without sacrificing data quality, navigating shifting policy landscapes (UNFCCC, ICVCM, Article 6.4, CORSIA), and ensuring credits meet both current standards and future scrutiny.
Before DelAgua, David designed multi-million-dollar research projects with The World Bank and launched bottom-of-pyramid insurance products across African markets for Airtel.
David holds a BA in International Development and Economics from the University of Leeds and an MSc in International Business Management from the University of London. He is based in Singapore.
