Ellen De Vocht is the Head of EU Representation for the European Energy Exchange (EEX). In this role, she leads EEX’s Brussels-based team, covering European policy and regulation related to energy markets and market integrity. Since 2020, she has acted as a specialist in carbon markets and sustainable finance. Before joining EEX, she spent time in public affairs consulting in Brussels. As a political scientist at Ghent University, Ellen also holds a Master’s degree in Global Energy Transition and Governance from CIFE.
