Marshall is the global lead for the Supporting Preparedness for Article 6 Cooperation (SPAR6C) program, a five-year, €20 million technical assistance and capacity building program implemented in Colombia, Pakistan, Thailand and Zambia, and with global knowledge sharing and exchange components. He has more than 10 years of experience in supporting government partners in a wide range of development contexts to achieve their climate change and green growth objectives, including Jordan, Vietnam, and several countries in sub-Saharan Africa. As a former educator, he is especially passionate about innovation in capacity building, and values learning as a tool for empowering institutions to actively, confidently engage in international carbon markets.
