Her work supports stakeholders navigating carbon policies and net-zero strategies across sectors.
Prior to joining BloombergNEF, Joy worked as a sustainability consultant, advising government agencies, maritime companies, and industrial clients on a broad range of decarbonization and ESG initiatives. She brings cross-sector experience and policy insight to her analysis, helping governments and corporations understand the shifting dynamics of carbon markets in Asia.
