Alexandros Katsiamboulas, with a Diploma in Chemical Engineering at National Technical University of Athens, MSc in Environmental Technology at UMIST in the UK and a Business Administration master degree at ALBA, is currently the TITAN Cement Group, ESG Performance Director ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).
With 25 years of experience in the cement industry, he has been responsible for various positions for environmental management, health & safety, production, quality control and assurance, and sustainable development. Alexandros is currently participating in several working groups on sustainability, climate change and the environment as a representative of the Company in international and national organizations such as the GCCA, CEMBUREAU, ERT, CSR Europe, ESG Committee of the Association of Cement Industries of Greece, SEV and the Council for Sustainable Development of SEV, Hellenic Cement Industry Association, and CSR Hellas.
He was the national expert in the last Best Available Technologies revision by EC for the cement sector. He has served for 3 terms (since 2015) as Vice President and President of HSWMA (Hellenic Solid Waste Management Association), contributing to the promotion of the principles of waste management and the circular economy in Greece.
