Mr. Victor Kitange is an international Economic Policy Expert in energy, tax policy, and extractive industries, with over 30 years of international professional experience. As an Energy Economist, he worked in the Government of Tanzania and Government of Alberta, Canada. He has also worked as a tax policy adviser in the Fiscal Affairs Department of the International Monetary Fund in Washington D.C. and currently, an Economic Adviser in Energy and Natural Resources, and leads the Commonwealth Sustainable Energy Transition Agenda (CSET Agenda) at the Commonwealth Secretariat in London.
