Daniel Akwetey Lamptey has more than a decade of experience working with the Environmental Protection Agency of Ghana. He specialises in climate change, environmental impact assessment in addition to petroleum downstream policy and regulation. He has been involved in the development and publication of several regulatory and policy documents for the waste, transport and energy sectors. He has also represented the EPA and delivered several papers and presentations on local and international platforms. He currently works as a Principal Programme Officer at the Climate Change Unit and provides technical support to the Ghana Carbon Market Office. He is well versed in climate change issues and deeply involved in mitigation, low carbon development, adaptation, and climate finance focusing on the emerging carbon markets and non-market.
