Dexter Lee is Head of Carbon Markets Negotiations at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. He is responsible for developing and delivering the UK strategy for carbon markets negotiations in the UNFCCC, including on Article 6, and through other international fora. He has previously worked on a range of roles across UK Government, including on emissions reporting policy, energy bills support, and market access trade negotiations. Dexter holds BSc and MSc degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science, including a MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change.
