In 2016, Neo co-founded Beijing Qianyuhui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (“QYH”), a project development and carbon trading company active in the global VCM and specialized in nature-based solutions. He has over 10 years’ experience in international business, a master’s degree in Business Administration from Tamkang University (with a focus on Emissions Trading Systems) and is currently a PhD Student at Renmin University of China Law School.
