Torben is accountable for the development of a multidisciplinary research and development function, looking to drive definition and adoption of sustainable technologies, business frameworks and industry strategies supporting carbon neutral shipping. He brings more than 28 years of experience in synthetic fuel processes and energy markets. His experience includes synthetic fuels process design at Topsoe, energy markets and green field developments at Maersk Oil and Total Energies through to scaling competencies within PtX, e-fuels and sustainable energy supply at Ramboll Energy. Torben holds an M. Sc in Chemical Engineering and a diploma in business administration.
