Eadbhard leads the Zero Emissions Platform (ZEP) which is the official advisor to the EU on industrial carbon management. Eadbhard previously worked at the climate NGO, Clean Air Task Force, where he led their carbon capture policy work in Europe and is an established expert in the field.
