Franco Sebastián D’Aprile is Program Manager at the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA), where he leads the ICROA Approval & Endorsement Program, a recognized standard for voluntary carbon market service providers and crediting programs, respectively. He has built his career at the intersection of sustainability, international policy, and stakeholder engagement, with experience spanning Europe and the U.S. Franco holds an Advanced MSc in International Relations & Diplomacy from Leiden University and brings a multidisciplinary perspective to advancing climate solutions in global markets.
